Margaret North brings a wealth of experience and a reputation for excellence to Human Resources consulting.  Specializing in Compensation and Benefits, she has managed all aspects of the Human Resource function including recruitment, employee relations, change management, internal consulting, training and organizational development, HR administration, systems, and payroll.  She has successfully managed transitions in companies, ranging from international growth to downsizing. Because her experience includes a diversity of roles, industries, company sizes, and company maturity levels, Ms. North has a broad understanding of Human Resource issues.

Ms. North holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst.  She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Society for Human Resource Management and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) through World at Work.  In the area of training, Ms. North has been certified by Achieve Global to present management, leadership, and customer service improvement classes. She is a member of several regional and national Human Resources professional associations and, and an instructor at Bryant University’s Executive Development program. Ms. North is also an instructor at Bryant University, in their Executive Development program.
